Some people have a laissez-faire attitude when it comes to being on time and while this might be acceptable when meeting up with friends and family, it is certainly not acceptable in the real world and especially so when it comes to being employed. - It shows if you are a professional – It doesn’t matter if it is in a game situation or in a business situation because turning up on time lets people that you are meeting know if you are a competent and professional person. People would rather see you turn up on time because then they know that they can depend on you and that you are credible as a potential client. In the competitive world that we live in, turning up on time for your job is a great way to help you progress and to move up the corporate ladder.
We all need to do whatever we can to lower our stress and anxiety levels and so being on time for all of your appointments helps to do this very thing. Punctuality allows you to stick to your daily schedule.
